For more than a decade, Queensland Crane Hire Company has been the trusted crane service in the local community. The challenge
When our company decided to apply for ISO 9001 certification, we faced many challenges. Firstly, we did not have sufficient knowledge about ISO 9001. We did not know how to implement it properly. Also, we did not have the necessary infrastructure or workforce to implement a quality management system in the company. We underestimated the time needed to get the proper documentation to achieve compliance.
